Having the right step goal is key for motivation to get active! If your goal is too low, you’ll beat it easily and won’t challenge yourself to walk more. Set it too high and you may get discouraged that you’re not able to reach it yet, or you may give up on targeting the goal altogether.
Fortunately, Pacer allows you to set any goal that you like. Try setting a goal slightly above your current average step count and see how it helps motivate your progress. Here’s how to change your goal settings for iOS and Android.

I’m really looking for an app that’s going to remind me how many more steps I need in an hour to meet my goal. FitBit does this however I use the Apple Watch. Is this something you can look into?
Thanks for the idea. We try to strike a balance between being helpful and giving too many notifications, which can be annoying for some people. I will pass along your feedback to our team!
OK thank you
