Do you want to motivate yourself to hit your step goals? Want to share your progress with the Pacer community? Your first step is setting a goal in Pacer! Once you set a goal, you can Check-in on more than just step goals! Did you eat healthy, drink more water, lose weight or get out and walk? Set goals for yourself that you can check-in on once you’ve completed them.
Here’s how you can set a variety of step goals that you can then check-in on later!
Get Pacer! If you don’t have Pacer yet, download Pacer for FREE! (on mobile)
Set a goal on IOS
1: Click the “Check” icon on the “Feed” Tab
2: Select a Goal or Create a New One
If you have Goals set already, you can check in from here by clicking your Goal.
To set a new goal, click the “Check” icon at the top right.
3: Select a Category of Goals (or Search for a Goal)
Click a category of goals. For step goals, click “Walking.” Click other categories to see common goals.
You can also search for any goal in the search bar above. This allows you to see other goals that people have set already.
If the goal you want to set has not yet been created, you can create your own!
Note: When you check-in on a goal, other people who have also selected that goal may be able to view your posts. Popular goals are more likely to get views and likes. Feel free to start your own goals and share with friends and family though!
4: Click on the goal to set it!
If you click on a category (or search), you’ll see possible goals that you can set. Click the goal you want to set, and that will be added to your list of goals.
Don’t see the goal you want? Try going back and using the search bar to find it or set your own goal!
